Holy crap you guys! We hit 5000 wishlists on Steam this morning! Thank you thank you thank you!
It took me 3 years to get to this point with The Edge of Allegoria and y'all have gone and made this happen in less than a month!? Insanity!!!

It's official! THE END OF ALLEGORIA is coming to PC and Nintendo Switch!
With a whole new cast of characters (and some old friends), Allegoria returns with an expanded Class mastery system, party-based tactical combat, and multiple branching story lines, all taking place, conveniently, as the world comes to its end.
WISHLIST NOW! TELL YOUR FRIENDS!

There's something to be said for meticulous overplanning 😌👌
I finally imported all the spreadsheets, sprites and star charts I've made so far into GameMaker and (aside from some minor adjustments here and there) everything *just works*. Someone pinch me, I must be dreaming.

Ignoring all the things that AREN'T done yet, this combat system for the new game is looking pretty alright so far 👌

The Edge of Allegoria was an exercise in creative restrictions and operating inside a set of limitations to recreate the nostalgic look and feel of Gameboy era games.

While I've still given myself a few guardrails and rules to follow with this next game, the sandbox I'm playing in now is SO much bigger and WAY more fun.
