A quick and easy farmers market inspired meal☺️

Since I managed to purchase and be gifted so much bread this week, sandwiches were a must in the menu. And after a long market day yesterday, grilled cheese sammies were the most complicated thing I was willing to make. 😅

🍞Grilled cheese made on Cheese Bread by were amazing
🍓A side of fresh berries and apples from Norberts and DK Fairn Farms, and a bit of fried bologna, rounded out the sammies to make for a quick but filling meal

May was a fairly busy month, comparatively, with getting back into markets and planning summer family fun.

I attended 6 markets, had 3 hauls, 6 new projects started AND finished, 1 project out for testing, many others started, and still had time for some kids sports and a few walks in the woods. 😄

I’ve been slow on applying to pop up markets, and a lot are happening when we already have family vacations booked, so it’s looking like it may be a mostly farmers market summer. But with lots of farmers markets, there should be lots of hauls as well. 🤞

Looking forward to all the fun that’s planned this summer, and I hope to see everyone out supporting local at all this summer’s fabulous events 🥰
