Wow! What a great day yesterday at our Slo Pitch summer sizzler day & Cabaret!!

Huge thank you to all the families, friends and ball players who came out for the day to support our hall! With beautiful weather, ball, great music and lots of fun stuff, it was a great turn out.

Shout out to Nat's Playhouse for bringing those awesome bouncy castles!! They were fantastic to work with and made the day a breeze!

To Lulu's Fluff N Stuff for bringing your food truck full of super fun treats to bring some more fun to the day!

To The Slim Chickens (Darren, Chad and Steve) for getting everyone up and dancing with an evening of great music and great energy!

To everyone who donated to our fun day that is going towards fixing our curling rink roof! We are much closer to our goal thanks to you guys!

And to every volunteer and helper to make our fun day happen, we couldn’t make it happen without all the help!!

Keep us in mind next year as it sounds like our Summer Sizzler was a hit!! 🥎

Here’s the schedule for our Saturday Summer Sizzler this weekend at the Meskanaw hall!

9 am - Slo pitch tournament starts. There is 6 games that will happen every hour and a half-ish, all day! 🥎

10 am - Bouncy castles, Face Painting, Trade tables, Lulu's Fluff N Stuff treat truck, and BBQ begin, continuing all day long! 🍭🍦🎨 🍔

3 pm - Bar opens (Beer gardens located inside the hall) 🍻19+

7 pm - SLIM CHICKENS start and play till 11 pm! $10 at the door 🎸🎶🍺

Come on out for the fun day and bring your dancing shoes!! 🎶☀️

Less than 2 weeks away!!

Bring your kids, friends, neighbours, everybody to our summer fun day at the Meskanaw Community Hall Saturday August 15!

An all day slo pitch tournament, BBQ, bouncy castles, Lulu's Fluff N Stuff treat truck, fun day followed with beer gardens and a good old cabaret to enjoy the summer Saturday night!

BBQ will be start at 10:30 am,
Beer gardens open at 3 pm,
And the SLIM CHICKENS will be bringing the tunes starting at 7pm till 11 pm! Entry fee only $10!!

Bring your dancing shoes and see you there!!

Our August summer Cabaret featuring the Slim Chickens is only a month away!! 🐓🎶

$10 at the door to get in! Kitchen and cash bar will be open as well! Bring those dancing shoes and come on out for a good ol fashioned small town dance!! 🕺🏼🤠

We also still have room for afew more teams in our slow pitch mini tourney, and more tables if you want to bring your trade show business during the day as well! 🧢

We have another great addition to our summer sizzler day on August 15! 🍦🍬

Lulu's Fluff N Stuff will be joining us with her food truck all day! Cotton candy, candy apples, lemonade, ice cream and much more! 😋

Make sure to come stop for a treat, and see what else we’ve got going on at the Meskanaw hall!

Our fun day and Slim Chickens summer cabaret is not far away!! Saturday August 15!

If anyone is interested in a having a table or bringing their business, indoor or outdoors during our fun day, please send me a message.

We are also looking for any sponsors interested in helping out with our day as it is a fundraiser to repair our rink roof! 😊
