Tone Bellydance We entertain at a variety of venues, have trained abroad, and instruct several recreational dance classes! Once you dance with us, you will see the passion.

We, Krista Vandermeulen and Lindsay Perry, are the owners of Tone Fitness and Dance Ltd. There are two main arms to our business: Dance and Aquafitness. DANCE: We have been dancing since 2003 and lead Medicine Hat’s only performing dance troupe, Raks-a-Habibi. We entertain at a variety of venues, train abroad annually, and instruct several recreational dance styles out of our fabulous downtown studio. You will join the movement. AQUA: We have been instructing Aquafitness since 2012. Currently, Tone has the AquaFit Contract at the Family Leisure Centre. We manage/instruct over 50 classes per month while the City manages memberships and administration.
