At our family owned and operated dance studio, only the highest caliber of training is continually provided. Our qualified, caring teachers make learning fun and enjoyable through their dynamic energy and unique approach to teaching dance. Our mantra is: provide children wit

h the right environment and they will find the dancer within. Year round, Sandra Amodeo Dance Studio offers a wide variety of classes for all levels and ages, boys and girls. With recreational, part-time and full-time competitive team options, you are sure to find a program that suits your family's lifestyle. Students who dance with us develop self-discipline, a strong work ethic, leadership abilities and interpersonal skills; all of which contribute to greater self-esteem. Many of our students have achieved success in the world of dance but also in commercial, film and stage acting, modelling and cruise ship entertainment. SADS students have been accepted to the National Ballet of Canada's Training program, worked with famous pop-stars, danced on Broadway, been accepted into prestigious post-secondary performing arts programs, danced on the Argonaut Cheerleading Team and the Raptors Dance Pak and more. Several have gone on to become inspiring teachers and choreographers. All of our students blossom into proud and accomplished individuals. Over 45 years of experience, the loyalty of our SADS family and the smiles on the faces of former students who now bring their children to dance with us are a true testament that we have evolved into more than just a dance studio. SEASON 51 STARTS HERE. 💫

Four days. Countless classes. So much energy, growth, sweat, laughter and a whole lotta DANCE 💜💛

Our SADS Summer Intensive brought our competitive dancers back together and reminded us exactly why we love this community so much. From pushing outside comfort zones to learning from an incredible lineup of faculty, these dancers showed up ready to WORK and the energy in the studio was unreal.

This is only the beginning… and if THIS is how Season 51 is starting, we cannot wait to see where the year takes us!

And just like that… our Season 50 competitive season is coming to a close. 💜💛

As we look forward to our year-end comp team party this evening, we can’t help but reflect on what an incredible season it has been and look back on one final, unforgettable weekend at OTF Dance.

From our novice dancers to our PT and FT teams, this season was filled with growth, resilience, unforgettable performances, and so many special moments both on and off the stage. was the perfect way to close it all out surrounded by inspiring talent, supportive families, passionate teachers, and dancers who gave their hearts to every performance.

We are endlessly proud of every student who represented SADS this season with determination, class, passion, and pride. The awards were exciting, but the memories, friendships, and sense of community will always mean the most.

Thank you to our incredible faculty, families, and dancers for making our Season 50 Comp experience one we will never forget.

Full-Time Primary, Junior, Pre-Intermediate, Intermediate, and Senior teams… this is a group that truly defines dedication, discipline, and the relentless pursuit of excellence.

Week after week, these dancers showed up ready to work 💪 pushing themselves, supporting one another, and rising to every challenge. Competing against some of the country’s top dance talent, they didn’t just hold their own… they delivered incredible achievements all season long. 🔥
