Charlotte was recently sketched by local Artist in Residence Alex Neff who shares portraits throughout the community of Maple Ridge.

Dee Twenty (he/they) is the host with the most and the tr*******al dreamboat you’ve been searching for. He’s been hyping up crowds around the Lower Mainland since 2014 and has enough drugs and ego to keep on hosting for at least another twelve years (or until their knees finally give out). Most recently awarded “Best Bu****le Award” by Mr Willem Dafoe at the Vancouver International Burlesque Festival, Dee will be delivering only the most trashy lewks and gags to Maple Ridge. Welcome aboard At our last 2 shows the group dances by Tryst have been showstoppers!

Have you ever had a crush on a co-worker? Consider this act an instructional manual on what NOT to do - HR professionals, look away! For 12 weeks, this group has been learning and refining their burlesque technique at Tryst Dance Collective in Surrey, and now they’re excited to bring you their office romance come-to-life, choreographed by Bells & Whistles alumni Halena Lou.

Tryst Dance Collective is an 18+ dance community built for adults who still crave the stage, the sweat, the spotlight, and unhinged joy. Based in Langley and South Surrey, we’re where confidence gets louder and community hits different. From drop-in classes and sessionals to competitive crews and performance teams, we train in burlesque, contemporary, hip hop, salsa, tap, and more, with space for every vibe, every level, and every body. Whether you’re making a comeback or stepping into a studio for the first time, Tryst is where passion gets reignited and dancers become unstoppable.

After she was in our very first show we are blowing our horns with excitement about having back to Bells and Whistles!

Hotsy Flashy is a red hot mama, burning up Vancouver stages large and small, who originally hails from New York, New York, and is thrilled to share her passion for everything from knitting to her ancestral Yiddish culture, her gift for storytelling, and her zest for entertaining. Hotsy has been criss-crossing Canada and the US to bring her zaftig ass and vintage sass to festival stages, most recently at the Alberta Burlesque Rodeo’s Best of the West competition and the Queen City Burlesque Expo, where she was awarded the Queen’s Choice sash by the reigning Queen of Burlesque, Jessabelle Thunder. Hotsy also keeps local cabarets running on burlesque time as a veteran stage manager, can define “dramaturgy” in 10 words or less, dabbles in clowning, and if you can dream it, she can knit it.

We have another brand new cast announcement! Welcome aboard for your first Bells and Whistles ride

Curvacious and vivacious, with moves that are pure epic poetry, Calliope de Muse is one performer who’s bound to leave you feeling inspired.

She discovered burlesque at the age of 8, spying down from the rafters to watch her first show, and now that pint-sized vo**ur has grown into a modern-day goddess, with curves worthy of a Greek statue, and a creative voice that’s uniquely her own.
