✨⛄️The winter break has started! Kids are at home!🏠✨
I LOVE this season! It’s cold outside with a magical vibe all around, cozy inside with sweet and warming smells💖
My kid is tucked in bed till late, snuggles up to me and giggles at silly things. These can be ordinary moments, but it’s great to see him so relaxed.😌
While kids get lazy, we can spice their day up a little by crafting!✂️🖍️🎨

CFH(crafting from home) during the winter break!✨✨✨
I will upload one story per week, so totally two stories; one for the 1st week of the winter break and another one for the 2nd week of it. One story will be divided into 5 parts, and the first part will be uploaded on Monday, the second part on Tuesday, and the third on Wednesday, so on.. Each story comes along with a paper craft idea, and you will be able to download the printable crafts from my bio.
Some crafts will be simple, some of them may be more complicated. But every thing kids need is the printed paper!(and scissors, sometimes glue as well) No fancy materials needed.😉

This is my first attempt at doing this kind of project, so it’s also a challenge to me.💪
I hope kids enjoy the stories and the crafts, and I wish my project lights up their holiday spirits even brighter!✨✨✨ (and good luck to myself as well!🤞)

How’s everyone surviving summer breaks? Anyone else feeling like it’s even messier than school days?🙋‍♀️
With the kids going to bed late, my own ”me time” starts even later. I get called “Mom!” at least a hundred times a day, and my usual routine? Totally destroyed.
Am I already tired? Maybe a little. 😅
But honestly… hearing these little bugs giggle all day makes it totally worth it.💛

A dear friend recently celebrated her 10th wedding anniversary with a beautiful idea, marking the milestones of “us” through art. Ten years ago, she and her husband were gifted a cute drawing by a friend. This year, she wanted to revisit the idea and capture how their family has grown and changed.

Meet Boram Kim: The Visionary Behind Na:B

We are delighted to introduce Boram Kim, a talented Korean based in Canada artist, a mother of one boy, and the inspiring founder of Na:B. Boram is a professional animator. Her art as began a hobby began its prudent journey with a personal mission: to help her son—and children everywhere—navigate life’s challenges while embracing their unique beauty, bravery, and dreams.

As a mother, Boram witnessed her son face struggles familiar to many of us: navigating friendships, dealing with disappointment, and overcoming moments of hurt. Like any parent, she wanted to comfort him and help him see his worth, reminding him:

“Life is a lesson. You’re precious, beautiful, and brave. Don’t let anyone dim your light.”

But Boram also knew that kids don’t always want to hear words of advice directly. So, she channeled her creativity into something deeper: stories and art-related activities that inspire children to learn resilience, kindness, and self-confidence in a way that feels natural and fun.

This vision gave birth to Na:B. The name carries profound meaning:
• In Korean, “Na” (나) means “I” or “me.”
• “B” stands for beautiful, brave, and being whatever you dream.

Together, Na:B is a powerful affirmation: “I am beautiful, I am brave, I am me.” The name also reflects the Korean word for butterfly, “Nabee” (나비), symbolizing the journey of transformation. Just like a butterfly emerging from its cocoon, Boram hopes to inspire children to embrace their growth and confidently spread their wings.

Boram’s work is deeply personal yet universally meaningful. It’s rooted in the belief that every child deserves to feel valued, empowered, and capable of overcoming life’s hurdles while staying true to themselves.

Through Na:B, Boram combines her artistic talent with her passion for parenting to create stories and activities that touch the hearts of children and parents alike. Let’s welcome Boram Kim to our community and celebrate her vision to inspire the next generation!
