Creative Moves. Olympic Standards.

10/02/2026

Behind every student’s personal win is a mentor who sees the potential, builds the foundation, pushes the standard, and supports the journey. πŸ’ͺ

At Next Move Dance, we choose our mentors with intention.

Our mentors are expected to:
β€’ Continuously train and deepen their knowledge of their street style
β€’ Complete ECE-focused training when working with our youngest dancers
β€’ Participate in Next Move seasonal coaching and development
β€’ Deliver every class to the Next Move standard β€” with structure, purpose, discipline, and care

We don’t just look for great dancers.

We look for strong educators, leaders, and role models who can help shape the next generation.

Because an elite student experience starts with an elite standard of mentorship.

The jersey is more than a uniform.

Our 2026–2027 Ambassadors were officially awarded the jersey that represents what they stand for β€” discipline, commitment, leadership, resilience and team.

Wearing NEXT MOVE DANCE means representing something bigger than yourself.
In the studio. At competitions. In battles. And in the community.

This season, they don’t just wear the name.

They represent the standard.
