Hello everyone!

With recital fast approaching I wanted to update everyone on the final details.

First, location. The senior citizens' center has been gracious enough to open their space to us, not only for all our practices this year but also the recitals! Huge thank you to the men and women there!

Second, dates. We will be having two recitals, June 6th and 28th. This way if someone (family or friend) can't make it to one date they can hopefully make it to the other. Also if the girls don't feel great about their first performance they have time to practice and try again. If either date won't work for your child please let me know as soon as possible so I can see if we can make other arrangements.

Third, tickets and capacity. Tickets will be $20 per person. You and your party can pay at the door or prior by contacting me. In order to allow the best viewing possible we will be limiting the capacity. Each family will have 7 total reserved seats per recital. You are NOT required to fill those seats but the support is always appreciated. If you would like additional seats please reach out so we can adjust accordingly. Anyone you would like to invite outside of your confirmed party can reserve their ticket via message here or text 587- 837- 5383. It is first come first serve, any remaining tickets will be sold at the door.

Forth, time. The goal is to give you time for lunch and get you home for supper. Dancers will arrive at 1:30 to get settled in, do a quick run through, and warm up. Doors will open at 2:30 while the girls put the final touches on. Last but certainly not least the show will start at 3:00. The recital itself will be 2 hours including a 30min Intermission. Please be prepared with snacks and water for your children and yourself. Fridge space will be provided for the children needs, not the entire families. Counter space will be available for small coolers or bigger bags within reason.

I will also be contacting everyone regarding costumes, hair, makeup ect, within the next week. Although I will do everything in my power to help things run smoothly this is the first recital I've ran so please don't hesitate to ask questions or reach out with concerns.

Hello everybody!

With the end of the season coming up I wanted to give everyone the lowdown on recital.

First, I have confirmed we will be having recital in June, dates to be decided. We will have 2 recital dates, one day in the first week of the month and one in the last. Please let me know if you have dates you won't be able to make work in June so we can account for that.

Second, we will be preparing for recital for 3 months, March, April, and May. During these months each class will be learning one new piece of choreography, 2-3 min long, and practicing one piece of choreography they have already learned, roughly 1 min. Both will be preformed during the recital.

Third, anyone interested in performing during recital is required to be at every practice to be eligible. If you are planning on being away during those months or you run into any uncontrollable circumstances that prevents your child from making their regular classes please reach out to me to discuss alternatives.

Forth, each child will receive one recital outfit per class. These will be covered by the recital ticket sales (Ticket sales and prices will be posted a month before recital). I will be reaching out to all parents to attain sizes and will need the measurements provided before March 7th.

Fifth, i have a couple open slots for solo or special group opportunities. Time slots are limited so it will be first come first serve. If you would like to pay month by month it will be the regular 140 however if you would like to pay the 3 month recital prep in advance I will be offering a deal at 300. This deal is to help established student have the opportunity to expand on the knowledge they acquired this season and will not be applicable to pre established classes.

6:15 - 7
Tuesday
6:15 - 7
Wednesday
4 - 4:45
4:45 - 5:30

Hello everyone!

Hope you all are having a great Thanksgiving weekend! I've had a couple people wondering so I wanted to clarify that we will be open tomorrow. I know some people may have plans but with the chaos of Thanksgiving sometimes it's nice to have the kids busy for alittle so you can cook or clean etc.

Hello everyone!

It's official the first day of the season is tomorrow! I can't wait to see everyone and get the season rolling!

I also just wanted to clarify something quick. The 30min time period is just for the dancing portion of the class. The 15min window "after" class is designated to the warm up and cool down of the class. Meaning the classes with the warm up and cool down included are 40 - 45min. I realized with the way I set up the schedule and talked about it I never really made this clear.

Hello everyone! Now that the final registration is complete I have some updates.

First off I have decided to start the season on the first full week of October meaning the first day of classes will be October 6th.

Second I have added a skills class to the schedule for those who would like to improve base movements such as turns, flexibility and jumps as well as more complex movements such as breakdancing skills. Although these will be covered in classes they won't be covered in as much detail due to the nature of the dance classes. This will not affect the all inclusive price but will be equivalent to a single style price for those who are not doing all inclusive.

Third I have made an online registration option for those who would like to complete it before coming to class but haven't been able to make the registration dates. To get the online version please message me your email so I can send it.

Last but not least, due to popular demand I have revised the dance schedule. I have split the under 8 group into a under 6 and a 6-9 age group to keep skills more cohesive to the ages participating. Due to the minimal interest in ballet I have moved ages 9 and under to Monday and Wednesday in order to fit in the classes with more interest and reduce the traveling for participants. I have also made Tuesday exclusive to ages 9-12 to work with the busy schedules associated with those ages.

Hello everybody! Just a reminder that the final registration before the start of the season is tomorrow from 4-5. You will still be able to sign up after the start of the season however you will have to reach out or drop by the senior center from Monday-Wednesday to do so. Anyone who has already registered will be contacted in the next couple days with further details on the start of classes. Hope to meet some more of you tomorrow and can't wait to start the season!

Hello everyone!

I was considering doing a FREE dance day on the 23rd of September. It would involve 30min of Hip-hop and 30min of lyrical. I am hoping this will give the people considering taking classes but unsure of what it will involve some clarity and fun! You must bring your child but you are more than welcome to boogey down with your little one too if you're up for it! Just looking to see if there's any interest in this before booking the space but even if it's just a couple kids I'm happy to secure the date. Please comment below if you think you would be interested and able to make it.
