Roads?!
Fly-in guests can fly into Manitou Airport (CKG5) and transportation will be available to the fair grounds (there will be roads involved for that portion 😉)

📍 Manitou: Take a tour of the famous Nellie McClung Houses, enjoy a show at the historic Manitou Opera House, or visit for the annual Honey Garlic & Maple Syrup Festival each fall.
📍 La Rivière: A true four-season playground! Go hiking or ziplining at Hy-Wire Zipline Adventures, hit the ski slopes at Holiday Mountain Resort in the winter, and visit "Tom the Turkey," the famous 9-foot town statue.

The Country Hicks Car Club is hosting their annual Show 'n Shine during the 2026 HGMS Festival. Roll in at 1:00pm and enjoy the sights and sounds until 4:30. "Fender Bender" will be rockin' out on the outdoor stage, setting the perfect atmosphere during the show!
