We do it all in one three-hour class! You make and decorate, and then leave the firing and clear glazing to us. Your bowl will be ready to pick up in a couple of weeks following the workshop 😊

GUYS WE HAVE ANOTHER ONE! Our most popular workshop is BACK!

Tired of picking the leaves off your herbs one-by-one? There’s an easier way! With an herb stripping bowl, you thread the stem of herbs through one of the holes in the side of the bowl, pull it through, and just like that- the leaves are easily removed and ready to cook with. Wow!

Want to make one yourself? Come to one of our herb-stripping-bowl workshops! This class is great for beginners. All materials and instruction are included, and we’ll make them step-by-step together as a group. You make and decorate during this 3-hour class, and then we’ll fire and glaze it for you.

Tired of the thyme it takes to pick the leaves off your herbs? This bowl makes it easy.

Simply thread the stem through one of the holes, and it removes the leaves and collects them in the bowl. Easy peasy!

This month we’re running a life-sculpting class with members the life drawing group that gathers here at the Mahone Bay Centre!

Our first class we worked with a live model to create these clay sketches. These will be used as reference for a larger final sculpture, and were a great way to become familiar with the material.
