2026 SUMMER POOL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES:

The Town of Magrath is accepting applications for the following positions:

JUNIOR AND SENIOR LIFEGUARDS
The Town is accepting applications for Senior and Junior Lifeguard positions until March 31, 2026. Proof of all current certifications or dates to which they hope to complete each course the applicant does not currently hold, must accompany each application to be considered.

Applicants must be 16 years of age and hold the following valid certificates:
Standard First Aid & CPR AED – level C
National lifeguard (NL)
Life Saving Instructor (LSI)
Courses must be completed by the time the pool opens: June 2026.

POOL FRONT DESK STAFF
The Town is currently accepting applications for the Front Desk position at the Magrath pool until April 30, 2026. We are seeking mature individuals with strong computer and communication skills. In this role, responsibilities will include engaging with the public, registering patrons for swimming lessons, managing swim passes, handling admission, and coordinating swimming lessons. Other duties involve daily cash-out, responding to phone calls, managing social media advertising, creating bulletin boards, light cleaning and working closely with the Pool Coordinator.
