Black out style tattoos can be a fresh start or a clean slate to start again without the laser.
Did you know you can tattoo white ink and new designs over a healed black out sleeve?

Blast over is different than a coverup. A blast over doesn’t fully cover up the old tattoo, it just gives it a new look, where as with a cover up, we cover it fully, concealing that there ever was a tattoo to begin with!
