Have something to share, sell, promote, or showcase? We'd love to have you at Festival Fridays! 🎉

Every Friday from June 26 to September 4, Storybook Gardens welcomes local businesses, makers, community groups, and entrepreneurs to connect with families during one of the city's favourite summer traditions. There is no fee for vendors to attend because we believe business promotion should be accessible to everyone.

Join us this July and August for exciting outdoor programs designed to keep children and youth active, creative, and engaged all summer long. From imaginative storytelling and movement activities in Stories in Motion, to hands-on creativity in Art in the Park, and energetic fun with Outdoor Run and Play, there's something for everyone!

National Accessibility Week reminds us that creating inclusive community spaces matters every day. 💙

In 2022, 56% of Canadians with disabilities experienced barriers to accessibility in public spaces.

At Storybook Gardens, we are committed to creating experiences where more families can play, connect, and make memories together.

✨ Sensory Friendly Thursdays
Beginning May 21st through the end of summer, every Thursday from 3–6 PM, guests can enjoy:
• Twilight admission access
• No music
• Off-peak hours with reduced crowds and line-ups

🎉 Festival Fridays
Every Friday from June 26th to September 4th from 5–8 PM evenings are focused on creating low-cost access to community events for everyone.
Guests can enjoy:
• Weekly themed events
• Live entertainment and shows
• Food trucks and special treats
• Free admission for children and low-cost admission for adults

Accessibility means building spaces where everyone feels welcome — and we are proud to continue growing those opportunities in our community. 💫
