UPDATE:

To OPAF Performers and Supporters,

Without an announcement from our government on when large gatherings will be allowed once again, we are unable to reschedule OPAF at this time. We still have plans to host it once it is safe to do so again, so we REALLY appreciate your patience in these unusual times. Thank you SO MUCH for understanding!

We know that some of you do not have the same patience, and we do not want to leave you unsatisfied. Until a new date is announced, we are not able to offer refunds. All sales were final for OPAF workshop and performance passes, however we understand that due to reasons that were not in our control, we were not able to host the event on the weekend that was planned.

At this time, we will now be offering studio credit for The Pole House in exchange for OPAF passes, that can be used to purchase class passes (for in-studio or online classes), and merchandise (including knee pads, dry hands, leg warmers, bags, tank tops, etc.). Please send us a private message to receive your exchange.

We can not wait to FINALLY be able to host OPAF for you guys! Hopefully our next announcement will be the new date! *fingers crossed*

Performer registration opens at 9:00pm tonight!!

You will be able to sign up the same way you signed up for workshops, it will be listed in the list of workshops.

When signing up, you will have different pass options to choose from based on the apparatus you will be using in your act:
-Pole
-Aerial silks
-Aerial Hoop

You will also have the option to choose to perform a:
-Solo act ($60+HST)
-Doubles act ($120+HST)
-Troupe (3 or more) ($200+HST)

Within 24hrs of registering you will be emailed your complimentary workshop pass. If you are signing up as a doubles act or troupe, only ONE person will need to register. Doubles partners will each receive a complimentary OPAF workshop pass, and Troupes will receive 4 complimentary OPAF workshop passes that can be distributed between the group. Everyone performing will receive a ticket and seat at the showcase!

Spots are first come first served. This is a family event, performances must reflect that. Fee includes seat at the showcase and complimentary OPAF workshop pass.
