I’m so excited to announce my collaboration with National Menopause Show for an interactive exhibit “The Archive Of Us”

Throughout the weekend (October 17 & 18) I want to hear from YOU so we can create an evolving artwork of our stories. Inspired by our matriarchs, the generation after us and the work that needs to be done (now to improve our quality of life), much needed research and standing firm in our own advocacy!

I could not be more honoured to be among 100 incredibly talented artists for Art Comp 2026. To be tapped as one of the Top Ten for People’s Choice AND Judges Panel!?… wow! A dream I never thought I’d see!

My work sits in this strange world between advocacy, education and art (I’ve always been an eclectic mix) And It’s finally clicking. As if the Venn diagram of my life is finally coming together. Finding my space, my people, and those who can help me on my road to helping others. Tiny increments to make it better for our babies as they inherit the spinning rock.

Recently, I wasn’t sure if quitting my big girl job & following my dream (building something for something bigger than myself) was a good idea. Art Comp has been a timely reminder to keep going.

To those who voted. To those who follow along and cheer me on. To those who trust me enough to show me their most vulnerable parts (of their bodies and their hearts). To those who say my name loudly in rooms I’m not in. To those who believe in my passionate art practice. And to those who hold me when I’m feeling lonely or tired (bc the creative process is a bitch. And it’s so damned scary to share your art with the world). Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. 🙏
