As the new week begins..here is,a gentle reminder.

Sometimes, the simplest thing you can do is get up from your chair and move. Walking around the house, stretching, doing a few gentle squats, or even marching in place can help keep your muscles, joints, heart, and balance working well. The key is to avoid sitting for long periods and give your body regular opportunities to move throughout the day. Small bursts of activity may seem insignificant, but repeated day after day, they can help you stay stronger, more mobile, and more independent as you get older.
