We recently had a one star review on Google. And I am not here to make excuses. We take feedback very seriously and we do want suggestions or tips, and if you really have a bad time we want to have a conversation and make it right. I would have preferred to have been told in person or gotten a phone call but I realize that’s not always possible and some people struggle with any confrontation.

We have taken care of the employee situation and we are constantly working on upgrading rooms and making new fun. Yes, there are some props that have seen better days and some paint is peeling in Eden’s but we cannot upgrade/fix/build new all at once. We are only a team of three people with families and I loose plenty of sleep thinking of the never ending to do list. But I promise the community we are here to create enjoyment for the whole family. We are not trying to get rich quick, or cash in on a trend. We genuinely love puzzles, games, fun and people! And if you let us we will continue bringing good things to the city for years to come!
