Wild & Rooted is a series of nature-inspired full moon retreats designed to help you reconnect with yourself through movement, mindfulness, laughter, community, and the restorative energy of nature.

We’re kicking off the series with a special evening beneath the Strawberry Full Moon. 🍓🌕

Join us for an experience that is playful, grounding, and deeply nourishing.
