This one is from a few years ago when me and Daryn Goodwin bought paintings from the thrift and made them spooky for a date night 👻 🖤 and yes I hung them and never took them down 😆 plus the ghosts glow in the dark!

This project was my first attempt working with plaster for my art. I will definitely being doing it again and try different techniques as I quite enjoys the process!
I took photos of my progress each time I worked on it.
Originally my plan was to engrave the scales into the plaster, that ended up being way more complicated than I anticipated, so I had to think of another way. This definitely frustrated me so I procrastinated on it... for a few months😅finally I decided to make the scales 3D using a paint and plaster mixture. Which worked way better than what I had originally planned!

I am in love with the final outcome and I can't wait to work on another project incorporating plaster. I would love to hear any ideas or suggestions you may have. 🖤

Our neighbor offered me this side table and mirror set as she intended to throw it away. I decided to refinish it and give it to a new home! 🥰

I havent posted in a while! I have been busy with my greatest creation, which has taken most of my time! My baby girl Amara 🥰 I have of course made a few things since I will post them later on!
