Adults! We are excited to be partnering with Noojmowin Teg Health Centre to offer a four week series of FREE Mindful Movement classes.

Mindful Movement is designed to help you connect more deeply with your body. Often described as a moving meditation, you will guided to discover more about what joyful, easeful movement feels like for you.

This four week series starts Tuesday February 17 at the Little Current United Church Hall. Drop-ins always welcome.
