The final steps! Congrats to Matt Cory on his incredible feat and a massive thank you for all of the honks and donations he received along the way!

What an amazing community we live in. Hopefully this does something to alleviate the pain and stress Ellie and her family are going through. It also will help tremendously with creating awareness for childhood cancer research!

On October 14, 2026, shortly after 10:30 p.m., responded to a collision on Perth Line 20 near Perth Road 163 in the town of Fullerton.

The involved commercial motor vehicle, had left the roadway, colliding with multiple hydro poles creating a path of property destruction in its wake, immobilizing the vehicle. There were no other vehicles involved and no injuries that resulted from this collision.

The accused, a 63-year-old male from Richmond Hill, Ontario was displaying signs of impairment and was subsequently arrested and charged with the following Criminal Code offences:
• Operation while impaired – Blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
• Operation while impaired
• Dangerous operation

Le 14 octobre 2026, peu après 22 h 30, la est intervenue à la suite d’une collision survenue sur la route Perth Line 20, près de la route Perth Road 163, dans la ville de Fullerton.

Le véhicule utilitaire en cause avait quitté la chaussée et percuté plusieurs poteaux électriques, causant des dégâts matériels sur son passage et se retrouvant immobilisé. Aucun autre véhicule n’était impliqué et cette collision n’a fait aucun blessé.

L’accusé, un homme de 63 ans originaire de Richmond Hill, en Ontario, présentait des signes d’incapacité et a par la suite été arrêté et accusé des infractions suivantes au Code criminel :
• Conduite avec facultés affaiblies – Taux d’alcoolémie (80 et plus)
• Conduite avec facultés affaiblies
• Conduite dangereuse

L’enquête se poursuit.
