What do you think?šŸ¤”

Here is a design I did for a good friend that moved out west and is starting his company, family and laying roots.

Started from a few sketch designs and with giving me complete freedom with some trust in myself as an Artist this is what I came up with.
It takes a lot of work to design anything, sometimes itā€™s mostly a waist of time when I canā€™t see the vision or what the client wants.
Thankyou for trusting me Brother, this really means a lot to me.

Progress is a funny thing, it comes in waves.šŸŒŠ
A lot like life, we will have ups and downs.

Iā€™ve never been one to post photos of myself as for most of life I was suicidal, depressed, angry, confused, and mentally at my whits end.

Regardless of why, I ended up becoming physically and mentally, emotionally unstable.
Turning to drugs I thought was the answer, obviously it should never be the answer.

Now with setting my sights on GOD, our Lord and Saviour Iā€™ve been making huge improvements.
With having a lot to work on still Iā€™m well on my way to fighting back.

Itā€™s not the size of step you take, itā€™s the direction you are going.
I will be posting more progress photos (dated at top)

Donā€™t Let the Unknown scare you!

Some things Iā€™ve been trying to help with changing my mindset, addictions, and rewire my brain. šŸ§ 
Praying šŸ¤² and Giving thanks.
Exercise (walking, biking, skateboarding, lifting weights, swimming šŸŠ, being outside and so much more.

Often, I have no clue what Iā€™m doing.
The more I trust God I see him showing me.

The first time I did this piece (last photo) I was with a friend who was helping me. Helping me find myself, helping me find a place to paint. Explore cities, unfolding my mind to new and brighter beginnings.
Some love me, many hate me. All I am is a learning by and growing vessel.
Iā€™m so glad my skin is waterproof. My vessel God has gifted me.

Iā€™m not completely happy with the outcome but Iā€™m thankful for any opportunity.
The first time I was here a renter or owner came out and asked me if I knew what I was doing, if I knew where I was.
Replying: No! I explained what I was doing, what I was about and who I was. They let me finish. They let me continue what I was doing illegally.
Iā€™m trying to improve the city. I do not have a chip on my shoulder and I care about everyone and everything.
This life is so amazing yet so hard at the same time.

Unfortunately Iā€™m not always able to paint big, although I love to paint big.
There is more energy, more flow, more passion, more heart into painting bigger.
I donā€™t have the space to hold onto bigger pieces yet I do have the space to paint bigger pieces.

These fading thoughts in my mind, it should be a crime in the moment Iā€™m losing recollection . I canā€™t use my focus. I crash fast faster than a flash of lightning the jumbled thoughts within my cerebral cortex.

How clear the unclear becomes when itā€™s ever clear beneath the fading sun donā€™t lose focus. We have already won. Does anything actually truly make sense anymore?

Hotdogs with caviar, falling comets and shooting stars, make a wish yet not one subpar.
Paint a canvas, paint a rock, paint a wall, paint a car

I often forget what Iā€™m doing if Iā€™m not doing anything.
