Last but not least, not only are we busy with this season, submissions are still open for NEXT SEASON!

Have a play burning a hole in your back pocket? Want some feedback on a script, and hear it read out loud? Need help bringing your show to life and don’t know where to start?

We’d love to hear from you! Submissions will remain open on an ongoing basis, but to be considered for production for our 2027 season, please submit your work through the form in our bio by July 31st.

Experience Theatre is a Lethbridge based indie theatre company, passionate about local work by emerging artists, and providing opportunities to folks early on in their careers! Our focus is new Canadian work.

Not only do we have a show this weekend, we also have a FREE TO ATTEND reading!!! What better way to spend a Saturday afternoon than engaging with FREE LOCAL ART?

“Hot Dog” by Noelle Smith, a hilarious and eccentric play about married couple Pete and Laurie, and… hot dogs? Lots of hot dogs.

Join us this Saturday, August 1st at 1PM in the Theatre Gallery of the Lethbridge Public Library Main Downtown Branch!

Come and check it out, laugh a lot, and stick around for a question and discussion period with the team! Staged readings are an invaluable part of the play development process, and it’s been so much fun having the space to invite the community to join in!

We’re just days away from opening for “Neosapien” by Day Chase.

The show runs the 30th and 31st of July, and closes on August 1st! Doors open at 7:15 for a 7:30 start, and we will be in the Richardson Oilseed classroom (CE1305) at the Lethbridge Polytechnic! Directions to come closer to show, so keep an eye out!

A huge thank you to everyone who came out to auditions! We’re now looking for folks interested in joining the production team for our October production, “Carnis: A Neo Prometheus” by Grayden McKay.
