The minds behind Oktoberfest YQL, Gemini Entertainment, are BACK in Festival Square this Saturday with a BRAND NEW event, "The Social Shift" 🕺🍻

From 12pm-8pm, they've got "Beers, Bands, & BBQ". An all-ages event featuring cold drinks, live music from local bands, and unbelievable food.

Then, from 8pm-Midnight, the neon comes out, the kids go home, and 90's Night begins 😎🎉

FREE ENTRY all day! 🎟 The weather looks phenomenal, so come on down and enjoy yourself in the sun ☀

Another busy few days coming up in the Square!

Cool Girl Collective kicks 'er off TONIGHT with another "Girly Garage Sale" from 5pm-8pm. 👗💅

11am-6pm on Friday, Domesticated Divas Events is back with their third edition of "Shop the Square." 🛍👛

Then, on Saturday from 11am-4pm, Purple Hippo Boutique will be hosting their second "Cornucopia Market" of the summer! ☀🦛

ALSO, across the street in Galt Gardens, you can check out the 2026 Lethbridge Fiesta Extravaganza on both Saturday and Sunday! 🎉🎊

The weather is looking HOT. 😎 Lucky for you, there are tons of restaurants, cafes, and patios downtown to get a cold bevvy, or a couple scoops 🍦 to stay cool while you enjoy all the action.

Downtown was the place to be last weekend! Street Machine Weekend rolled through town, and what a time it was. 🚗🚙 First, on Friday, Elevate Construction Partners Inc. had its annual fundraiser in Festival Square. This is one we all look forward to every year, and they crushed it once again! 🤘

Then, on Saturday, during the Show n' Shine in Galt Gardens, Rise Above had THEIR annual Show n' Shop market in the Square!

Couldn't have asked for better weather, cars, or crowds! 😎

Already looking forward to next year 😏

We got events for ya Thursday, Friday, Saturday, AND Sunday! 🤘😎

Thursday: Cool Girl Night Market from 5-8pm
Friday: Shop the Square from 11am-6pm
Saturday: Soulful Vibes from 3pm-9pm (there's an afterparty 👀)
Sunday: Pilates in the Square starting at 2pm 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️

Just gotta hope for good weather 🌞🕶 Keep an eye on social media for updates if the weather turns grim.

Reminder: unless you are made of sugar, a little rain won't kill ya 😉 So come downtown and support these amazing event organizers!

Go Skateboarding Day is BACK in Festival Square this year! 🤘

Come on down and celebrate National Indigenous Peoples' Day in style from 5-9pm, this Sunday, June 21st! It's never to late to learn, either; get some boardin' lessons from 5-5:30pm 😎🤝

Ian from Boarderline Skateshop was also one of the event organizers featured recently at our 5-Year celebration, and we're so glad to have Go Skate Day back in the Square!

The first .popup Summer Night Market is hitting Festival Square THIS THURSDAY from 5-8pm! 💅👛

This is the first of 4 markets that the Cool Girl Collective is hosting in Festival Square! The full lineup is:

June 18th
June 25th
July 16th
September 9th

They were one of the event organizers we recognized at our Festival Square 5-Year Celebration, back on May 28th, for everything they do to bring people Downtown! 🏆🏅
