What a phenomenal way to finish out our competition season!! This has truly been the most incredible season for the dancers of Alida's Stars ✨the amount of growth each and every dancer has shown is truly outstanding! What a way to finish off on the highest note possible!! So very proud of absolutely everybody!! Make sure to give you teachers a big hug for all of their hard work this year!

Congratulations to all the dancers this weekend there were tons of golds, elite golds, diamonds, and even one JDC Platinum.

It can always be a bit nerve wracking competition on home turf, and we want to extend a huge thank you to all of the family and friends that stayed to watch and cheer our dancers on!! I know they truly appreciate having people in the audience cheering for them!

Congratulations to all of our teachers for all of their hard work on their numbers and all being rewarded with overall marks.

Another huge thank you to Miss Alida and Stacey for all of their hard work each and every competition!!

Judges choice awards:
Paige received a judges choice award for her solo session for being an outstanding performer!

Vienna received a judges choice award for her performance in Monsters for being so brave to be thrown around like a rag doll.

Special Awards
Paige Wichers was chosen as a recipient for the Hollywood dance scholarship!!

Vienna Van Mill received highest acro mark of the competition.

Vienna Van Mill was also crowned the 2017 JDC Mrs Jr Title Winner for having the combined highest average of all of her solos.

Another special shoutout to Julia's dad for being brave enough to go onstage during one of the dance games and show off his mad skills doing a chasse!! Way to show the dance support!!!

Another special shoutout to all of the dancers who were brave enough to go up in front of everybody and participate in the dance challenges between sessions!!

It was truly an incredible competition and we are incredibly proud of all of the dancers! It's been an incredible year for Alida's Stars and we could not do it without you!!
