BEYOND LIMITS DANCE CLASSES
Beyond Limits Dance Collective warmly invites adults of all abilities, genders, and bodies to join us for recreational dance class this Fall in the CASA dance studio. This class will offer an introduction to a variety of dance styles and creative movement, including Jazz, Latin, Line dance, Disco, and more. If you love to move to music and want to find an alternative to traditional fitness classes- come join the fun and dance with us this Winter!
No prior dance experience necessary.

Thursdays 5:45PM-6:45pm @ CASA Dance Studio

Fees: $60 for full registration or $12/class drop in fee

Classes run weekly from January 29 – March 6
No class February 19

Beyond Limits Dance Collective warmly invites adults of all abilities, genders, and bodies to join in an inspirational, creative, and inclusive dance series! Together, we will focus on dance-as-art, creative movement, learning dance techniques, building strength and cardio through dance, and choreography. Styles include contemporary, lyrical, jazz, tango, creative improv, and for those who wish, time to share your favorite dance style too.
No prior dance experience necessary!

SCHEDULE
Wednesdays, 6:45pm-8:10pm @ CASA Dance Studio
Fees: $90 for full registration or $10/class drop in fee

Playgoers Lethbridge invited us to screen Becoming Unlimited at their festival "A Taste of the Arts"! So great - thanks!
Come to the Sterndale Bennett Theatre on Saturday April 22 at NOON to see this heartfelt documentary.

Then show up at 5:10 PM also in the Sterndale Bennett Theatre to watch this year's Beyond Limit's dance class give a demonstration performance - and join us in our fun and accessible dance workshop.

We had a great panel dialogue after our online screening at Commfest Global Community Film Festival, Toronto, last Wednesday- thanks Bill, Lillian, and Nicole and the festival's Ann Marie MacDougall.

Becoming Unlimited has received Commfests' "Making a Difference" award for Best Short Documentary Dance Film!

Wow! So honoured our film received the Eyes Wide Open award at the Wilddogs International Screendance Festival. Grateful - to the festival and to all who are involved in the film!
