Join Us for Come Paint Alberta – Leduc Paint Out Day!

The Leduc Art Club is proud to be part of the Come Paint Alberta collective and invites artists of all skill levels to a day of plein air painting, creativity, and community on August 15, 2026.

Check-In: 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM
Leduc Arts Foundry (LRC East Entrance #103)
4330 Black Gold Drive, Leduc

Participants will receive a swag bag and maps featuring scenic painting locations around Leduc before heading out to paint. Please bring your own art supplies, lunch, and water.

🖼️ Return at 3:30 PM. for a social gathering, art viewing, and optional wet paint sale where artists can display and sell the work created during the day.

Come and discover inspiring artworks, cheer on the finalists, and help us recognize this year's outstanding artists.

Today, the Leduc Art Club had the privilege of welcoming members of the Black Gold Board of Trustees as they visited the student art exhibition and experienced the remarkable talent of our young artists.

During their visit, the trustees explored the exhibition, viewed the students' artwork, and shared their thoughts on the value of arts education and the positive impact it has on student growth and creativity. We were also honored to capture an interview highlighting their support for student achievement through the arts.

Thank you to the Black Gold Board of Trustees for taking the time to celebrate and encourage our students. Your support helps inspire the next generation of artists and reinforces the importance of creative expression in our schools.
