I want to start off thanking everyone for their patience & understanding as I have been a little MIA recently. A lot happened this year and I wanted to update everyone
A couple of months ago I got diagnosed with alopecia, which is why I shaved my head. Truthfully, shaving my head was hard; I was scared to lose my femininity (and scared to have a weirdly shaped headđ)
My hair always have been a way to express myself, but Iâm learning that it does not define me & my femininity!
Iâve also been experiencing chronic pain for a long time now, but itâs been getting worse and unmanageable for me. I am currently between specialist to find what could be the cause as itâs affecting my capacity to work. I tried ignoring it for a while to keep on working but it probably made it worse.
Due to all of the pain & issues, I have to go on medical leave & take care of my body
So I will be reaching out to clients shortly to either reschedule or cancel depending on how the news continues.
Last news (& the best according to .tatts ); I will be moving to Ottawa-Gatineau at end of April to be around my people, who are able to support me through this difficult time. Hopefully Iâll be able to start tattooing soon again! đ„č
So long story short, Iâm still alive!
