Tonal Visions is a traveling, multimedia art happening in the making. It is not envisioned as a gallery but a museum like experience. It is more than a photographic exhibit and it is more than a poetry recital or short film presentation. It is a walking meditation...a portal into wonder. The wonder of what we can become if we realize what our true identity really is. It's hope is to guide the view
er towards a personal revelation... an integral, transformational experience. It is a journey into your inner and outer ecology outlining that changing the inner environment holds the key towards changing the outer environment. It is a redefining of the relationship with ourselves and our natural surroundings, a poetic embrace with flora and fauna. The poetry was given spontaneously by Dr. Kenneth G. Mills as a result of being guided to 'speak the word'. He then made a vow within himself to speak of his realizations only if asked about them directly. Mills’ words have enabled those prepared to hear to awaken to the Higher/Greater possibilities of living beyond the limits of three dimensions and translating what seems to be the ordinary into another level of consideration." Claude Charlebois' photographs are inspired by the poetry of Kenneth Mills and each one is an adventure to natural wonders all over the planet. Mankind is present in every image where inner self is transmuting through interaction with flora and fauna. The subject realizes that he carries within him the nature he abuses and starts exploring a deeper, more shamanistic relationship with all that surrounds him. As in Kenneth Mills' poetry, the search for our true identity stands out.
