This Thursday, we’re going Into the Deep. 🌕✨

Our first Moon + Earth Medicine gathering unfolds beneath the reflective energy of the Pisces Full Moon and Lunar Eclipse.

This is an invitation to soften the need to have everything figured out.

To listen a little more closely.

To notice what is asking to be seen, felt, released or transformed.

Valentina Pinzón of IndiArts Collective will guide us through a heart opening cacao circle, creating space for reflection, connection and a deeper relationship with cacao.

Alex of Nichi Healing will then lead a gentle all levels yoga practice with grounding asanas, pranayama and intuitive movement, inviting us to stay connected with the cacao and tune into the natural flow of our energy.

Together, we’ll explore the themes of this moon through cacao, movement, meditation, reflection and community.

Surrender.
Listen.
Receive.
Trust.

There is nothing you need to figure out before you arrive. Come with an open heart, trust the process and allow yourself to experience whatever the evening brings.

This Thursday, we begin. 🌙

Into the Deep is the first gathering in our new Moon + Earth Medicine series, held under the Pisces Full Moon.

We’ll gather for cacao with Valentina of IndiArts Collective, gentle yoga with Alex of Nichi Healing, meditation, reflection and time to connect in community.

This month’s theme invites us beneath the surface, into intuition, surrender, reflection and release.

And this is just the beginning.

🌙 MOON + EARTH MEDICINE 🌿

A new monthly gathering is coming to The Reverie.

Moon + Earth Medicine is an evening to slow down, gather in community and explore the rhythms of the moon through cacao, movement, sound, meditation and reflection.

Each circle is shaped by the cosmic themes of that month and no two evenings will be quite the same.

Valentina Pinzón of IndiArts Collective will guide us through cacao, sharing its cultural roots, stories and traditions while offering a different seasonal preparation each month.

Alex of Nichi Healing will bring either gentle yoga or an immersive sound bath, chosen to complement the energy and intention of each gathering.

And throughout the evening, there will be space to learn, ask questions, reflect, connect and simply be.

You don’t need to know anything about astrology, cacao, yoga or sound healing. You don’t even need to think of yourself as spiritual.

Come curious. Come on your own or with someone you love. Come exactly as you are.

I’ve been choosing every detail at The Reverie slowly and intentionally, including the pieces that support us as we rest, breathe and gather.

I chose bolsters, meditation cushions and eye pillows from Scoria, a Canadian brand founded by designer and yoga teacher Yara Kamal, who grew up in Amman, Jordan, before making Canada home. Love supporting women of colour everywhere I can.

I love that these pieces are both beautiful and deeply functional. They bring softness, support and comfort into our practices while still feeling earthy, artistic and connected to the natural surroundings here.

The botanical designs feel so at home at The Reverie, but more importantly, these are pieces that invite people to settle in, feel held and make space for genuine rest.

Another intentional addition to the ways we gather here 🖤👌🏼

When we gather in ceremony, we make space to slow down, soften, and remember what it feels like to be fully present.

And what it’s like to heal in community.

Our first evening with cacao was a sacred experience of warmth, reflection, connection, and quiet healing.

A room full of people arriving exactly as they were, sharing intention, opening their hearts, and allowing themselves to be held by the moment and the medicine.

We’re so grateful to Valentina for sharing her culture, traditions and wisdom with us tonight. For teaching us about cacao, sustainable sourcing, and her connections to the land and Indigenous communities who share this gift with her.

Join us for Summer Sunset Yoga with Isabel-Yvette .yoga every Sunday evening starting June 21 at 7pm ☀️🧘🏻‍♀️

This one-hour class is an invitation to slow down, move with intention, and reconnect with your body as the day softens into evening.

We’ll begin with grounding breath and mindful movement, then create space to find your flow, build a little warmth, and bring a sense of play back into your practice.

Led by Isabel Yvette Ohs, this class is welcoming to all levels…whether you’re brand new to yoga, returning to your mat, or simply craving a consistent summer ritual that feels good in your body.

Come move, breathe, stretch, and settle into the beauty of a summer sunset at The Reverie.
