Official page of Trinity Western University's 7:07-ish Improv Comedy Group. Since 1986.

11:07 Improv Comedy is Trinity Western University’s (TWU) student-run improvised comedy troupe. It is a community of TWU students who work together to tell stories and grow as artists and entertainers and operates as part of TWU’s academic arm under the School of the Arts, Media + Culture. Named after its Friday night start time, 11:07 hosts (somewhat) bi-weekly performances, offers open workshops

every Tuesday night for students curious about improv and performance, and runs a “Regulars” program for its frequent players. The troupe has been a student-run initiative since its founding in 1986, making it one of the longest-running improv troupes in the Greater Vancouver Area. We acknowledge that we work, perform, and play on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territories of the Stó꞉lō people.

SAVE THE DATE! We have another special guest! On Monday, November 3rd at 9pm, we’re thrilled to welcome Cliff Prang for an exclusive improv workshop.

Cliff Prang is a professional actor, comedian, writer & producer.
He has been in love with making people laugh since birth and has a full menu of comedy options including stand up, improv, speaking, emceeing, auctioneering and delivers those services to a broad spectrum of audiences. He is alumni to the Canadian Improv Games, Panic Squad Improv, Vancouver Theatre Sports, and now serves as Artistic Director of Very Very Improv.

All are welcome, and no experience is required! Come learn from one of the best, and most importantly, come ready to laugh, play, and grow in your improv skills.

We ended the 2024/2025 11:07 season with a sold-out show and a celebration of our graduating players and outgoing coordinators. Thank you to everyone who has supported us over the past year. We'll be back for SEASON 40 of improv this fall!
