This may look like nothing more than a big burly bench but at heart it is also a creative pit-stop; it can be a a place for contemplation, a source of inspiration, a platform for expression, and hub of intersections and connections. With a container on either arm this bench invites you to take a seat and some inspiration. You can use your own supplies or find some in the bench and leave a piece of art or take a piece of art. Then we share as much as we can over social media! So whether you need to unload your deep dark confessions or doodle out some silly ideas you’ve collected, whether you are coming or going, big or small, into economics or quilting or oceans or aardvarks, the Ark can be a hub for free expression. Expression can be the thread that connects and enhances our community. And like Noah we are driven to uphold and celebrate all parts of life: every idea, every person that makes up a community. So whatever way your voice finds expression it has a place here. Doodles, illustrations, comics, poems, stories, wishes, love letters, or however it comes out, we want it to come out!
