Art therapy activity. Cut out a heart shape. Fold the heart as many times as you want. Each fold can represent a loss that you have felt in your life . Open up your heart and flatten it use the colours from watercolor, pencils or watercolor, paints to colour your heart. The colours you use can represent your losses or they can represent the light and growth that you have felt as you’ve moved forward you have control of this activity you choose your colours. Pay attention To your thoughts and feelings and honour yourself. I’d love to hear about your experience after you’ve done this art therapy exercise. I’d love to see a picture of your work posted here.
