Good morning!😊 Very happy to announce that there will be a 4-week July Hip Hop session at Legworks Dance Studio in Knowlton!!! Registration starts today. Spaces are still limited, due to Covid restrictions, but we can finally be in the studio again!!!😄 Classes start next Tuesday, July 6th at 5:15 pm for 8-11yrs and 6:15 pm for 5-7yrs. Good morning everyone😁 Tomorrow is the 1st of June...the PERFECT time to join my Dance Workout monthly subscription!!! We have a blast shakin' our groove thangs to all kinds of music😃
$54/month includes full access to the Members Only FB area, where you'll find a wide variety of pre-recorded dance workout videos for you to work out to as often as you'd like...when it'sconvenient for you. Also gives you access to all recorded Zoom Dance workout classes AND 2 Live Zoom classes per week!!!
Mondays at 9 am (30-35mins)
Thursdays at 9 am (45-55 mins) We set up in the park, with my in-person class, so we can all Dance together!!!
$12 Drop-Ins for any class. Please sign up the day before.
There's never been a better time to invest in yourself! We laugh, we sweat, and we have fun!!!

Good evening all,
Just a quick message to let you all know that Estrie going back to Red Zone doesn't change anything as far as our outdoor classes are concerned😊 I had anticipated that this might happen, so we kept the classes smaller, to make sure that we wouldn't exceed the max number allowed, if we went back to Red zone. We keep dancing like the spirited, fun-loving movers we are!😉😄

To all Cowansville Hip Hop parents: Classes are cancelled for tonight, on account of the bad weather. However, we'll be making up the class at the end of the session. See you all next week😊

Great news!!!! Legworks classes will NOT be cancelled!!! There WILL be some changes, but all classes are a GO!!! We've got this roller-coaster ride under control😉 I'll be sending all of the updated info to everyone who is registered. We dance!!!!!!😁

Alrighty folks!!! Mini Movers 3-4yrs and Fierce and Feminine 18+ both start tonight....with the amazingly energetic and upbeat Sarah Katie Holmes!!!! There are still a few spots left in Mini Movers and only 2 spots left in Fierce and Feminine. It's not too late to register😉 KNOWLTON Hip Hop 5-7yrs is FULL. There is 1 spot left in 8-11yrs! Ballet 4-5yrs is FULL. 2 spots left in 6-8yrs. COWANSVILLE Dance Workout 50+ has 1 spot left. Friday Hip Hop 5-7yrs has a few spots left. Hip Hop 8-11yrs only has 2 spots left...and filling up quickly!😄 Registration is still open😁
