Fever Dream Comedy is proud to present: “The Curse of Girl Night”

We are beyond excited to announce that Fever Dream Comedy has been selected to perform at this year’s Guelph Fringe Festival!

This marks our very first festival, and to celebrate, we’re bringing something completely different from our usual programming.

From August 6–9, we will be presenting The Curse of Girl Night, a brand-new 60-minute sketch comedy show about the horrors of running a local comedy show.

“The Curse of Girl Night” follows two stand-up comedians, Lindsay and Renee, who dream that one day their all-women stand-up show, “Girl Night”, will be a success. Little do they know… they’ve been cursed! Underwater financially and suffering constant mishaps, Lindsay and Renee fight to perform at Fringe - before their sworn enemy buys the show and cancels Girl Night forever! The Curse of Girl Night is a sketch show about friendship, failure, hope, and the nightmarish dream that is stand-up comedy.

This is your chance to see critically acclaimed acts and rising stars all wrapped up in a fun environment curated for women but enjoyed by all! Here ye here ye GIRL NIGHT is back at Whoopsie Daisy Drinks on May 21st!!! Come on down for drinks (if y’all keep ordering smoothies during the show I may have to kill you), laughs (allegedly) and secrets (we wont tell 😘)

This is the last show we are doing before taking a little break (Renee and her family are going on vacation, and I am planning on lying in the trunk real quiet so that by the time we get there, they can’t make me leave)
