This piece is close to my heart. Through the past years, both “Sorrow & Pleasure” have had integral parts to play in the process of healing.

Thank goodness for souls like Robert Browning Hamilton for this quote:

Grace Day:

REST in the Lord’s presence and reflect on his attributes and good character. This has never been easy for me, but making it a weekly (when possible, daily) practice has been transforming in my life.
