Great news!!

The Carnegie Arts & Visitor Centre reopens Saturday in collaboration with the Arts Society of Kingsville. "The Carnegie is a beautiful building with a rich history in our Town," said Mayor Nelson Santos. "We're very excited to see the doors opening back up for our visitors, and of course, to give our art community a place to shine. Just wanted to let you all know that some of Chiaroscuro's art supplies have recently moved! If you're looking for art supplies in the area, the Leamington Arts Centre has taken on these products and more! They have a really great (and growing) art supply section located within the building in case you did not already know. If you haven't been to see an exhibit there yet you really should when we are able again! There is a small local artisan shop inside as well that serves wine by the glass and local art pieces. They have many contests and exhibits always happening, if you don't already, you can follow them on Facebook and Instagram :) I also still have paints and brushes and other supplies available through Chiaroscuro. Just contact me if you're looking for anything and I'll do my best. Watch for some more sales coming soon too! Hope you are all staying healthy, happy and creative!!

Local artist (and friend of Chiaroscuro) Emily Bezaire is unveiling a new personal portfolio website this week. The launch coincides with the completion of work on the graphic novel she has been producing with her father, an adaptation of the Book of Jonah. Five pages from the book are displayed on the site, offering a special preview of the project prior to publication.
