💊🩸✨Endometriosis Awareness Show ✨🩸💊
What a cathartic and wonderful show to bring awareness to chronic illness that plagues a lot more people than you may think. We all came together and talked about our stories, pain tips and what doctors have said to us. It is so important to be loud about our health issues and to keep fighting. Period, menstruation, endometriosis are not bad words. If you are someone without a uterus, I encourage you to ask your friends with endo/adeno/pmos how you can support them. Get educated! Valid our feelings! But also, don’t treat us like we are less capable. A lot of things you do, I do while bleeding/in pain.
As a performer, I never want people to think less of me or book me less just because I have a chronic illness. I have so much strength and confidence. I believe I am a beautiful person with a beautiful body despite my insides being so poisonous sometimes.
Together we raised $655 for the The Endometriosis Network Canada !! That is something to be very proud of 🥺
