Precision Dance Association Non-profit organization providing quality dance education in a fun environment. Our association is overseen by a volunteer board of directors.

Precision Dance Association is a non-profit organization teaching various styles of dance including jazz, lyrical, contemporary, modern, ballet, musical theatre, and hip-hop. Focus is on the basics of dance as well as the more demanding aspects of training including stretch and strength and conditioning; not to mention challenging, new, and fresh choreography! As a small studio, we rely heavily u

pon fundraising and sponsors to keep our costs reasonable. We offer both competitive and recreational programs. Both perform at two recitals - in December and June. The competitive dancers also typically attend three competitions within the Maritimes and occasionally plan a trip away. (Most recently to Dance World Cup in Montreal in 2013 and Candance Nationals in Orlando, Florida in 2014.) As our previous artistic director, Christopher Knowles would say, "Dance from your heart and let your feet follow."

Curious about tap dance? Join us this summer for a fun and welcoming tap intensive focused on:

Kennedy has trained and competed in tap and multiple dance styles since the age of 4 and later taught tap through the Acadia University Dance Collective. Tap is one of her biggest passions, and she’s excited to share her love of the style with dancers this summer!
