King Con 2021: The At Home Edition 2.0.
King Con has two panels on Cosplay and 2 workshops that might be of interest to cosplayers. Panels are The History of Cosplay in Japan with Helen McCarthy and a How Authentic Does the Costume Have to Be? with members of the Kingston PROheroes and Society of Creative Anachronisms Stronghold of Greyfells.
There are two workshops which you will need a valid library card to register and get your free materials . A Face Painting Workshop with a free face painting kit and learn to face paint with Leslie Wandell. And Build-A-Beast Cardboard Workshop, a 2-hour workshop, mask and puppet designer Clelia Scala discusses the process of designing and building a fantastical mask
