A busy Trinitas weekend of beautiful music!

On Saturday, the Senior Choir of the Trinitas Youth Singers performed at the annual Kingston RCCO Bach Marathon.

The following day, the Trinitas Singers were joined by guests from Toronto and Barry's Bay to sing the solemn service of Tenebrae at Christ Church, Chapel Royal of the Mohawks in Tyendinaga.

Congratulations to all involved for delivering such inspired and moving performances!

What a joy to wrap-up the Christmas season with our annual Epiphany Carol Sing-Along to benefit the St. Vincent de Paul Society of Kingston! Many thanks to St. Joseph's Church and Fr. Cosmas for hosting, to our audience, and our 42 wonderful choristers.

What a wonderful group to work with! Our Junior and Senior Choirs treated a full house at St. John's Anglican Church, Portsmouth, to an afternoon of joyful music in preparation for Christmas.

Beginning our third season!

The Trinitas Youth Singers offer two ensembles rehearsing weekly on the same day, conveniently located at St. John's Anglican Church, Portsmouth. The Junior Choir (ages 6-10) teaches singing, creative movement, ear training, sight singing, and musical games. The Senior Choir (ages 11+) continues to develop vocal technique, diction, ensemble and blend, and will focus on performance, preparing to sing for various sacred and community events.

We were privileged to sing and play for a special morning service at Christ Church Chapel Royal, Tyendinaga, including a half-hour prelude and works by Bach, Campra, Elgar, Karg-Elert, Mozart, Palestrina, Purcell, Stanley, Thalben-Ball, and Willan. The beautiful little Karn organ did wonders, too!
