The Kingston Arts Council (KAC) is inviting local artists, arts workers, businesses, and arts supporters to join its membership program. More than 130 artists from a range of disciplines have joined since the program launched last year.

Membership includes:
• A searchable profile in the public KAC Member Directory, where members can showcase their work, list their services, and be discovered by artists, businesses, and residents across the region
• Opportunities to apply for paid exhibitions in the Pocket Gallery at the Tett Centre for Creativity and Learning
• Access to guaranteed-acceptance health and dental coverage for most members through the Arts & Entertainment Plan®, with no medical questionnaire
• Local discounts, including 10% off at Panera Bread and 20% off venue rentals at Le Sesame Theatre, with more discounts expected
• Invitations to member networking and incubator events
• A quarterly newsletter featuring arts-industry news and updates

Regular membership is $40 per year, but free and pay-what-you-can options are also available, with no questions asked.

It's the final week of "Very Heaven",
Domino Theatre's production of the Canadian drama, returns to the stage on Wednesday, June 17th with a "Pay What You Can" performance at 7:30 PM. (tickets at the door, no online ticket sales), regular performances on Thursday & Friday evenings, June 18th and 19th , and a closing matinee at 2:00 PM on Saturday, June 20th.
