Mental health IS health! 🧠 I had a great time at today with and QuARMS at Queen’s University. So proud of my amazing sister .crowson for her talk on mental health! We painted rocks, made stress balls, and tried blackout poetry, all while talking about mental health! Thank you Maltby Centre for putting this on, it was so great to be part of the conversation today on smashing the stigma!
