Hey QP Family,

As I'm sure some of you know, we're deep in the trenches putting on our 2025 Winter Show: Field Trippin' Balls: Munch Ado About Nothing! We currently have 3 show dates left!! Thursday, Friday, and allllll the way up to Saturday, March 29!

Queen's Players is a completely non-for-profit group designed around putting on 3 fantastic shows a year and using the proceeds to support and uplift our community. In the past Queen's Players has donated to groups like the AMS Food Bank, Campfire Circle, Joe's Music MILL, Harmony Lounge & Music Club, Martha's Table, Mutual Aid Kingston/Katarokwi, SAC Kingston, and many many more.

If you can't show up to our shows to support these wonderful groups, we kindly ask that you consider donating to our fundraiser! Even just 5 or 10 dollars helps immensely. There are a number of prizes you can win that have been donated by the lovely small businesses in our community, helping us in our pursuits.

charity applications are now OPEN!

every year Queens Players creates and performs three music-filled comedy shows with all proceeds being donated directly to various charities and initiatives. if you know of an organization that could use some extra funding, or you have a project that would benefit from financial support, take some time to fill out this application/nomination form!

Hear ye, hear ye! By royal proclamation: on this, the anniversary of that time the town got together to throw rocks at that old boat in the reservoir until it sank (may the cartoon pirate cereal mascot who was actually living inside rest in peace; we did all we could) we are pleased to announce the opening of QUEEN’S PLAYERS WINTER 2023 PROD TEAM APPLICATIONS!
That’s right babies! We’re back and better than ever! Now that we’ve mourned Captain Frootbeard (wow, who knew he wasn’t filled with Funtastic-Frooty-Syrup™, but actual blood!), we’re looking for some outstanding folks looking to work with the coolest team this side of Princess Street, while raising money for amazing charities around Katarokwi/Kingston!
Not sure if you’re the right fit? Don’t fear, our amorphous, oozing corporeal form fits into any container larger than its beak! Seriously though, we’re looking for folks from all ranges of experiences, faculties, and backgrounds: the more unique voices we have on our team, the stronger we all are! We would absolutely love to have you, and we need people with a wide array of skills! Always seem to bust a move a little *extra* hard on the dancefloor? Choreography, baby. Used scheduling skills to help your city defend itself while under siege? We always need stage managers! Couldn’t stop muttering “this one’s a real corker” under your breath while watching “Avatar 2: The Way of Water” (2022)? Sounds like our next amazing director to me!

It's always beyond heartwarming to see the amazing real-life results of donations at the end of the year. Huge thank you to everyone who helps support us, and in-turn, helps support the amazing people who build the wonderful community around us!
