We have a special schedule to end June with fire 🔥⚡️! Secure your spot by signing up online at the City of Kingston website and the Queen's ARC website to join our classes this week! Drop ins available (under $10) for Artillery Park and Invista Center 🎉❤️. Can't wait to dance, jump, squat, do the cha-cha-cha, sweat and b***y shake with you this week!

HEY KINGSTON❗WE HAVE WONDERFUL NEWS TO SHARE ❤️ We have classes in for the 👑 Queen's community at the ARC on TUESDAYS & FRIDAYS AND starting NEXT WEEK we have classes for the ✨KINGSTON COMMUNITY✨ at the ARTILLERY PARK AQUATIC CENTER!
📍This is downtown, with free parking and a bus stop right by the front entrance!
💸 DROP INS are available for under $10 per class, or free with a membership with the City of Kingston. *Subsidizing available for those who qualify with the City's SPARK program*
⏰ Start your day right by dancing at 8 am, take a break from your busy day with our noon classes, or come shake away the stress from your week in the Friday afternoon class. We will welcome you with open arms 🤗
