Hello beautiful friends of Harp Wellness Fest,

I invite you to listen to Joanne Benoit's podcast, RN nurse from Ottawa. This first podcast is on the power of ketones and her journey towards a better healthy and aligned lifestyle.

As we gently approach the Holidays, I’m gifting myself a 5-day intermittent fast — a simple, conscious way to reset, create space, and prepare my body and mind for the celebrations and the deep rest this season invites. For me, it’s about entering this festive time feeling grounded, clear, and nourished from the inside out.

This season also carries a tender layer. It is a time when we lovingly remember those who left us too early for another realm. As I write these words, my heart returns to December 2019 — my last Christmas with my mom. Her presence is no longer physical, yet her love continues to guide me, softly.
