👏🎸Woohoo!! Let's welcome back North of 50 to theHillbilly Boogie Music Festival 2026!!

Meet North of 50:
🥁 Gary Stalwick - Drums
🎤 Greg McJannet - Vocals Lead guitar and Rhythm guitar
🎸 Phil McIvor - Lead Guitar
🎤Graham Comfort - Bass and Vocals

North of 50 is a collection of friends from around Saskatchewan. Greg and Phil have played together since high school. Greg and Gary were in a band in Outlook sk. Graham started learning guitar and bass during the pandemic and was also a long-time friend of Greg's. The guys got together about 6 years ago to start jamming.

North of 50 plays a cross section of rock, blues, with a bit of country.
Greg is from Saskatoon but originally from the Davidson/Kenaston area. Phil is from Davidson. Gary is from Outlook and Graham is from Nipawin. The band likes to deliver straight ahead Rock n roll and just enjoy playing together!

🔥🌝We are so excited to welcome Bonfire Moon to the Hillbilly Boogie Music Festival 2026!!

Bonfire Moon is a Folk-Rock band with Roots, Country, Rock, Alternative & Blues undertones. Hailing from Lloydminster, smack dab between Alberta and Saskatchewan; the band strives to create music that stirs up all of the feelings you experience in those moments when you're surrounded by loved ones and the warmth of fire.

Their debut album, 'Watch It Burn' (produced and recorded by Aspen Beveridge at Skullcreek Studios; released June 20, 2024), contains 10 original songs.

Lyrics of vulnerability, struggle, love and hope. Songs that are equally as moving in a stadium, with full production, as they are on a quiet evening, with one guitar and a few friends.

👏😁Please help us welcome Back of the Bus to the Hillbilly Boogie Music Festival 2026!!

Back of the Bus is a band based in Central Saskatchewan and formed in 2003 that offers classic and contemporary folk/celtic music with Scottish, Irish and East Coast roots.

Back of the Bus plays at ceilidhs, private functions, festivals, pubs and banquets as well as Burns’ nights and FolkFest. The band’s beginnings were in the back of a bus on a pipe band trip, where the late evenings were filled with songs and fun.

Jim Walls, Emma Wood, Anna Bekolay, Kathi Davis-Lepage, Kera Doherty and Paul Runalls are the musicians in the group. Welcome to the Boogie, Back of the Bus!

🎸👏We are excited to welcome Lost Highway Navigators to the Hillbilly Boogie Music Festival 2026!!

Get ready for Swingin' Original Honky-tonk and Classic Country!

Lost Highway Navigators deliver original swinging honky-tonk tunes that recall the classic country music of the 50's, 60's and 70's.

You'll hear straight-up 4/4 country shuffle tunes, one or two barnburners, a trucking song, a tearjerker, and a handful of songs about love gone wrong.

The Lost Highway Navigators call their style 'Cosmic Honky-tonk'. But really, it’s simple, old-fashioned, swallow-and-grin country music. Listeners can expect an upbeat, engaging and energetic performance featuring harmonies, pedal steel, fiddle, telecaster, upright bass, mandolin and harmonica.

With a focus on musicianship, interplay and finely-crafted original tunes, LHN has won fans and made friends everywhere they have played.

The band is led by singer-songwriter and harmonica journeyman Patton MacLean, who has played with Grammy-winners Jim Lauderdale, Billy Strings and bluegrass legend Peter Rowan. The group features some Saskatchewan's finest roots players: Jay Metheral on upright bass, Burke Barlow on pedal steel, Guy Perrin on telecaster, Ryan Shotton on mandolin, and Brad Stratychuk on drums.

Together, they produce music that is seductively simple and perfect for two-stepping - except when broken by a rasping lament or echoing instrumental, always delivering that familiar upbeat shuffle and wry, heartworn lyricism.
