Pottery News
Regular wheel throwing instructional classes in 5 weeks sessions are available. In these classes you will learn to throw on the wheel, hand-build, trim and glaze your own pots. Try It classes are held regularly for students that would like to give pottery a go on the wheel. These include 3 hours of instruction, I trim, fire and glaze for you. contact me directly. I have loaded up on supplies! Over 1800lbs of new clay has arrived and I have mixed lots of glazes, we are all ready to go.

ONE MORE Spring 6 week Pottery Class added!!
Trying to squeeze in one more class before the summer wind down, quick registration is required! Exciting right!! However, this will be a first come first served situation. I can only take 6 students at a time, but the class needs 5 to run it. The instructor will be our wonderful potter, Nancy, she is so much fun!

If this interests you please let me know as soon as possible and I will get you registered and then take payment. Payment can be made in two payments as long as the second payment is received before the class starts (or talk to me to make other arrangements).

Classes will be held Tuesday evenings 6:30-9:30pm. Class costs are $336 total including GST. This includes all supplies in the studio, instruction, firing tech, and 1/2 bag of clay. You may purchase additional clay if you like.

The dates will be as follows:
April 26 Bowls
May 3 Trimming and cylinders (for mugs)
May 10 Trimming, handles, making plates
May 17 Trimming and hand building small pots
May 24 No class- we need this week for drying and firing
May 31 Glazing

If you don’t get in or cannot come this class then we can get you on the waitlist for fall. Please let me ASAP, seat go fast.
Masks and double vaccine are required at this location!
