It's been almost 3 years since I left Toronto, the girl, the dog and the recording studio we built (I had some help from some great friends). The story and emotions are complex like most things. I didn't want to leave, but I didn't know what else to do. I came back to Kelowna and played drums for 2 years! Now that's therapy.

The music and hustle in that city is loud and magical. I will forever hold wonderful memories there. I've wanted to record this song for a while but was never sure how to put it down. How can I make it calm and pretty like the new beginning of a perfect sunrise, but also angry and loud like an abrupt ending of a car crash, but also therapeutic and caring like a warm hug!! A wise man once said "I'm in a glass case of emoootionnnnn!!"

I hope this finds people holding in there and can take you through a few emotions like it did for me but ultimately leaving you feeling better! Stay positive!
